Overview

SalesWizard is a sales call recording and analysis app. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data is collected, how it is used, and how it is stored.

Data Collected

Audio recordings — captured during sales calls you choose to record.
Transcripts — generated from your recordings.
Analysis results — scores, feedback, and insights produced from your transcripts.
Account information — your email address, used for authentication and cloud sync.

On-Device Transcription

All speech-to-text transcription is performed entirely on your device using Apple's built-in speech recognition. Audio never leaves your device for transcription purposes.

Transcript Analysis

When you request analysis, the text transcript (not the audio) is sent to our analysis service powered by Anthropic's Claude. The transcript is used solely to generate your analysis results and is not retained by the analysis provider beyond processing.

Cloud Sync

If you are signed in, session metadata and analysis results are synced to the cloud via Supabase so you can access them across devices. Audio recordings remain stored locally on your device and are never uploaded.

Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal data to third parties. Data is only sent to service providers (Anthropic for analysis, Supabase for cloud sync) as described above, and solely for the purpose of delivering app functionality.

Data Storage & Security

Audio recordings are stored locally on your device.
Cloud data is stored in Supabase with row-level security — only you can access your own data.
Authentication is handled securely via Supabase Auth.

Data Deletion

You can delete all your sessions and data at any time from the Settings screen within the app. Signing out does not delete your cloud data, but you can request full account deletion by contacting us.
